The Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) system developed project is in spring boot and hibernate, and is available for students for their college projects pursuing degrees in the IT field with source code.
Multi-Level Marketing System Project In Spring
It is a multi-role application project i.e. Admin and User, where Admin will have the primary control over the system.
Admin will be responsible for maintaining the system and also, keeping a check on the bookings and management of the system, user registration, adding/removing/updating products from lists, categorizing products, checking the availability of products, etc. On the other hand, users can register, log in using their login credentials and make purchases.
The overall project is designed using the MVC pattern (MVC i.e. Model, View, and Controller). In the Backend, it is using Spring Boot, at the data access layer the project is using Hibernate Framework, and at the front end, we are using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. The Database used here is MYSQL.
Multi-Level Marketing System Abstract
Multi-level marketing or network marketing is a marketing strategy for the sale of products or services. Multi-level marketing enables companies to directly sell their products and services to consumers.
Current members of the company promote and sell their products to other individuals and bring onboard new recruits into the business while they receive a commission on their sales as well as the sales of any participants they recruit.
Codebun has designed a Multi-Level Marketing project in spring boot and hibernate, which has two main roles, i.e., Admin and User. Admin is the primary user. Admin can Add/Remove/Update any details related to the products & services, update prices of the products/services, can categorize products, maintain products databases, check their availability, and View/Confirm/Cancel orders placed by Users, manage payments, and so on. Admin can keep the records of the Users.
On the other hand, Users can register and then place their orders, make payments online, and get the purchased items delivered to the doorstep. Users can find detailed information about the products on the system after logging in. Users can manage their profiles, see purchase history, etc.
The following are the major objective of this application:
- To provide a bug-free application.
- The main objective is to build a secured, robust Multi-Level Marketing System.
- It maintains the record of products & their availability, Users, Payments, Orders & history, etc.
Modules in Multi-Level Marketing System
Admin Module- This module will allow Admin to log in to the system and manage the system and its functions. Admin can View/Confirm/Cancel orders, manage products/product categories, product/service details, manage users, payments, etc.
Category– Admin can categorize products accordingly. Admin can mention details of each product properly while maintaining categories.
Stock & Sales– Admin can check whether the particular product is available in stock or not. Admin can manage the sales of the products.
Details– Details of Users like a Name, Contact Number, Address, Order history, and payments can be managed by Admin in this module.
Registration Module– In this module, a user can register first using their name, contact number, and address.
User Module– The user module will allow users to log in to the system using their login id and password and can manage their profile.
Order Module– Users can search for any product or service, then place an order and make payments. Users can also see if a particular product is in stock or not.
Payment Module– All the payment-related operations can be managed in this module.

Two users can interact with this application 1) Admin 2) User
Admin:
- Can Log in/Log out of the system.
- Admin can View/Edit/Delete products and their details.
- Can View/Edit/Delete categories into the system.
- Admin can View/Confirm/Cancel orders placed by the User.
- Can check payments done by User.
- Can change prices of products.
- Can manage users.
- Can change password.
- Can manage “My profiles”.
User:
- Can log in/log out of the system.
- Can Manage “My profile”.
- Can search for products from a specific category.
- Users can Place/Cancel an order.
- Can make payments online.
- Can change password.
