Cyber Cafe Management System in Spring Boot and Hibernate with Source Code. This project is designed to automate the process of a Cyber Cafe thereby, easing the process of managing the cybercafe system.

Cyber Cafe Management System Overview
It is a single-role application i.e. Admin. Admin is the main role that will handle the overall application. whereas users can access the internet by paying small fees.
The overall project is designed using the MVC pattern (MVC i.e. Model, View, and Controller). In the Backend, it is using Spring Boot, at the data access layer the project is using Hibernate Framework, and at the frontend, we are using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. The Database used here is MYSQL.
Cyber Cafe Management System Abstract
A Cyber Cafe is a place for the public where people can have the access to high-speed internet. Generally, a fee is charged for the services provided in a Cyber Cafe. Multiple users can get access to the internet in a cybercafe and managing every single user manually could become tiresome. So, why not have an automated process to manage a Cyber Cafe. With the help of this project, one would be able to manage a Cyber Cafe without any hassle.
So, for this, we on Codebun have developed Cyber Cafe Management System Project in spring boot and hibernate to help the Admin to monitor cybercafes by managing them from a single place. Admin has the functionality of allotting a computer to a user, giving access to the internet, and keeping the track of the internet usage of every single user.
The following are the major objective of this application:
- To provide a bug-free application to the admin.
- The main objective is to build a secured, robust Cyber Cafe Management System where a Cyber Cafe is monitored properly.
- It maintains a record of users, charges, and internet usage.
Modules of Cyber Cafe Management System
- Admin Module: This module will allow Admin to log in to the system and manage the system and its functions. Can Add/Remove/Update any details related to the system. View/Confirm/Cancel registration by users, Admin can manage users, view their details, history, etc. Admin can allot computers to users and track internet usage.
- User Module-All the user-related operations are performed by Admin in this module.
- Payment module- In this module payment related operations will be managed.
- Computer module- Admin will responsible for maintaining the number of computers available in the cyber cafe.
- Details of User module- Managing the user details will be taken care of in this module.
Users Roles
Admin:
- Can Log in/Log out of the system.
- Admin can manage computer allotments.
- Admin can track internet usage and activities of users.
- Can manage user’s details.
- Can manage payments.
- Can change password.
- Can manage “My Profiles”.
