Album Manager System Project in spring boot and hibernate available with the Source Code. This project is available with source code for final-year IT students for their college projects.
Album Manager System Overview
It is a multi-role application project i.e. Admin and User, where Admin will have the primary control over the system.
Admin will be responsible for updating and maintaining the overall system, Adding/Removing/Updating different styles, effects, file formats, managing users, etc. Whereas users can log in and maintain the images in an album.
The overall project is designed using the MVC pattern (MVC i.e. Model, View, and Controller). In the Backend, it is using Spring Boot, at the data access layer the project is using Hibernate Framework, and at the front end, we are using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. The Database used here is MYSQL.
Album Manager System Abstract
An Album Manager is a software application that allows the storage and management of Image files. It allows you to maintain images in an album.
For this, Codebun has developed an Album Manager System that has two main roles i.e. Admin & User. Admin being the primary user, can Add/Remove/Update any details related to the system. Admin can Add/Remove/Update different features, styling tools, etc of the album manager. Admin can Add/Remove/Update different image file formats.
On the other hand, users will be able to use Album Manager. Users will have to upload the files, can name albums, can choose the desired tools and effects. Users can also manage all the images into folders and templates.
The following are the major objective of this application:
- To provide a bug-free application.
- The main objective is to build a secured, robust Album Manager System.
- Maintain various Image tools.
Modules of Album Manager System
Admin Module- In this module, Admin can manage all the operations related to the system.
User Module- Users can log in/log out of the system and manage their account profile. Users can access the Album Manager.
Album Manager Module- In this module, Users will be able to maintain image files.
Upload Module- All the image file uploading-related operations can be managed in this module.

Two users can interact with this application 1) Admin 2) User
Admin:
- Can Log in/Log out of the system.
- Admin can manage the system.
- Can manage user and their details.
- Admin can manage the album manager and editing tools.
- Admin can Add/Remove/Update different tools.
- Can change password.
- Can manage “My Profiles”.
User:
- Users can log in/log out of the system.
- Users can upload/download images.
- Users can maintain images in an album.
- Users can change passwords.
- Users can manage “My Profile.”
