Mobile Service Center Management System Project in Spring Boot, Hibernate, and MYSQL. It is designed for both third-year and final-year students for their college projects and is available with source code.
Mobile Service Center Management Overview
This is a web application developed to manage the activity of the mobile service center. It is built in such a way that all the functionality of adding mobile, selling mobile, viewing reports, and so on can be managed in one place. This has a single user i.e. an Admin of the Mobile Service center who will keep track of all the activities.
This Project has all the necessary functionality from adding, deleting, and managing mobile information from the system. It is developed to support a single user i.e. Admin.
The overall project is designed using the MVC pattern (MVC i.e. Model, View, and Controller). In the Backend, it is using Spring Boot, at the data access layer the project is using Hibernate Framework, and at the front end, we are using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. The Database used here is MYSQL.
Mobile Service Center Management Abstract
Managing a Mobile Service Center can be quite overwhelming. There are a lot of customers that need to be handled on a daily basis. Due to the advancement in technology, the owners want to get rid of the traditional approach of managing the billing process as well as the selling process. There should be a system where mobile service center owners can manage all the activity using an application that should be highly available and secure.
Therefore, we on Codebun have developed Mobile Service Center Management Project in spring boot & hibernate. Here, in this application, there is a single role called Admin.
Admin has the main control over the system. Admin is the main role that will handle the overall application. It allows mobile shop owners to keep track of their mobiles, billing process, and selling process in a single place.
The following are the major objective of this application:
- To provide a bug-free application to the admin.
- The main objective is to build a secured, robust Mobile Service Center Management System Project where the information of mobiles is managed properly.
- It maintains the record of mobiles, the customer billing details efficiently so that it would be easy to access at any time 24*7
Modules of Mobile Service Center Management Project
Admin Module: This module will allow Admin to log in to the system and manage the system and its functions. Admin can Add/Remove/Update mobiles, manage categories, details, and availability, can manage users, payments, billings, etc.
Admin can add/remove stocks. Admin can track the sales activity.
Category: In this module, mobiles can be categorized accordingly.
Stock Availability: In this module, Admin can check whether mobile from a specific category is available in stock or not. Admin can Add/Remove/Update stocks with the help of this module.
Details of User: Details of a User like a Name, Contact Number, Billing details, and Purchase history can be managed with this module.
Billing Module: All the operations related to billing can be managed in this module.
Payment Module: All the operations related to payments can be managed in this module.
Sales Activity: This module will allow the admin to keep records of the number of items that have been sold and track all the sales activities.
