The Photographer Booking System project is designed in spring boot and hibernate. It is designed for both third-year and final-year students for college projects and is available with source code.
Photographer Booking System Project in Spring
It is a multi-role application project, i.e., Admin and User, where Admin will have primary control over the system.
Admin will be responsible for checking the booking and maintaining Photographers and their details. On the other hand, users can register, log in using the login credentials, view and book the Photographer, view packages, plans, etc.
The overall project is designed using the MVC pattern (MVC i.e. Model, View, and Controller). In the Backend, it is using Spring Boot, at the data access layer the project is using Hibernate Framework, and at the front end, we are using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. The Database used here is MYSQL.
Photographer Booking System Abstract
Depending on the type of event, location, budget, and amenities, it becomes difficult to find a perfect photographer for the event. Using an online system to find a photographer for any event is a convenient option.
Hence, Codebun has designed a Photographer Booking project in spring boot and hibernate, which has two primary roles, i.e., Admin and User. Admin is the primary user. Admin can add/remove/update any details related to the system, update charges & fees of the Photographers, and other services, View/Confirm/Cancel booking orders placed by Users, and so on. Admin can manage & keep the records of the Users and their details.
Admin will be able to update Photographers and categorize them accordingly to occasions or event types, budget, etc.
Users can register and then book the Photographers for the event, make payments, etc. Users can find detailed information about the Photographers, prices & packages on the system after logging in.
The following are the major objective of this application:
1. To provide a bug-free application.
2. The main objective is to build a secured, robust Photographer Booking System.
3. It maintains the record of Photographers, Users, Payments, Bookings & history, etc.
Modules in Photographer Booking System
Admin Module- This module will allow Admin to log in to the system and manage the system and its functions. Admin can View/Confirm/Cancel bookings, manage Photographers, payments, users, etc.
User Module– In this module, a user can register first using their name, contact number, and address and also, can manage their profile. The user module will allow users to log in to the system using their names & contact number. Users can view their booked photographer, payment status, history, etc.
Photographer Module- Admin will be able to update Photographers and categorize them accordingly to occasions or event types, budget, etc.
Booking Module- Photographer booking-related operations will be managed in this module. Users can book Photographers in this module.
Search Module- user will be able to search for a Photographer. Users will be able to filter out Photographers based on locations, prices, occasions/events, etc.
Payment Module- In this module, Users can make payments for the services provided.
Availability- In this module, the admin can check whether the photographer for the event is available or not.
Details of User- In this module, the admin will manage User details like a Name, Contact Number, and Booking history.

· Admin can manage categories in the system.
· Admin can View/Confirm/Cancel booking.
· Can check payments done by User.
· Can manage and check the availability of Photographers for the events.
· Can change prices for Photographers.
· Can change password.
· Can manage “My Profiles”.
User:
· Can log in/log out of the system.
· Can Manage “My profile”.
· Can search for Photographers.
· Can book/cancel Photographer.
· Can make payments online.
· Can change password.
