Age Calculator System Project In Spring
It is a multi-role application project i.e. Admin and Guest User, where Admin will have the primary control over the system.
Admin will be responsible for updating and maintaining the overall system and managing guest users. Admin can configure the calculator, and add/remove/update different years and dates.
The overall project is designed using the MVC pattern (MVC i.e. Model, View, and Controller). In the Backend, it is using Spring Boot, at the data access layer the project is using Hibernate Framework, and at the front end, we are using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. The Database used here is MYSQL.

For this, Codebun has developed an Age Calculator System that has two main roles i.e. Admin & Guest User. Admin being the primary user, can Add/Remove/Update any details related to the system. Admin can configure the calculator. Admin can Add/Remove/Update different years and dates.
On the other hand, guest users will be able to use the Age Calculator. Upon accessing the Age Calculator, the User will have to enter the date of birth and the result will be displayed on the screen.
The following are the major objective of this application:
- To provide a bug-free application.
- The main objective is to build a secured and robust Age Calculator System.
- Maintain years and dates.
Modules of Age Calculator System
Admin Module- In this module, Admin can manage all the operations related to the system.
Guest User Module- Users can access the Age Calculator.
Calculator Module- In this module, Users will be able to calculate age.
User Roles of Age Calculator System
Two users can interact with this application 1) Admin 2) Guest User
Admin:
- Can Log in/Log out of the system.
- Admin can manage the system.
- Can manage guest users and their details.
- Can change password.
- Can manage “My Profiles”.
Guest User: Users can calculate age using the Age Calculator. Guest users need not log in to the system to access the Age Calculator.
