The Meeting Scheduler is a designed project in java using JSP and Servlet. It is designed for both third-year and final-year students for their college projects and is available with source code.
Meeting Scheduler Project In Java
It is a multi-role application project i.e. Admin and User, where Admin will have the main control over the system.
Admin will be responsible for keeping a check on the Meetings, scheduling Meetings, and management of the system. On the other hand, users can register, log in using the login credentials, view scheduled Meetings, and contact for any inquiries.
Admin can Add/Remove/Update Meeting details. Admin is responsible for Viewing/Confirming/Canceling scheduled Meetings and maintaining a database.
The whole project is developed using Servlet and JSP. At the front end, we have used HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. At the data access layer, we have used JDBC API. The Database used here is MYSQL. The whole project is following the MVC (Model View & Controller) design pattern.
Meeting Scheduler Project Abstract
It is an application with simple functionality and compatibility that manages meeting schedules. An online application will allow the admin to add/remove/update meetings and their details.
Codebun has designed a Meeting Scheduler project in java, which has two main roles i.e. Admin and User. Admin is the primary user. Admin can Add/Remove/Update any details related to the system, update scheduled Meetings details, View/Confirm/Cancel Meetings, and so on. Admin can manage Meeting details and also, keep the records of the Users, etc.
Admin can send users updates regarding Meetings. Admin can Add/Remove/Update Meeting details. Admin is responsible for Viewing/Confirming/Canceling scheduled Meetings, rescheduling Meetings, and maintaining a database.
Users can register on the system, and view scheduled meetings’ timing, venue, details, and so on. Users can find detailed information about the Meetings on the system after logging in.
The following are the major objective of this application:
- To provide a bug-free application.
- The main objective is to build a secured, robust Meeting Scheduler System.
- It maintains the record of Meetings, Users & history, etc.
Modules in Meeting Scheduler System Project
Admin Module: This module will allow Admin to log in to the system and manage the system and its functions. Admin can View/Confirm/Cancel Meetings, schedule/reschedule Meetings, etc. Admin is responsible for keeping track of Meetings and maintaining a database. Admin can View/Confirm/Cancel Meetings of Users.
User Module: In this module, the User can register. Once registered, the user can log in/log out of the system. Users can manage their profiles.
Registration Module: In this module, the User can register on the portal with help of this module.
Meeting Scheduler Module: In this module, Meetings can be scheduled and rescheduled. Admin can manage details of all the Meetings and other details.
User Details: In this module, Admin will be able to keep the records of Users.
Inquiry Module: All the inquiry-related operations can be managed in this module.

Two users can interact with this application 1) Admin 2) User
Admin:
- Can Log in/Log out of the system.
- Admin can manage Meetings in the system.
- Can schedule/reschedule Meetings.
- Admin can View/Confirm/Cancel Meetings.
- Can manage and check the availability of users for the Meeting.
- Can change password.
- Can manage “My Profiles”.
User:
- Can log in/log out of the system.
- Can Manage “My profile”.
- Can see scheduled Meetings.
- Users can contact for inquiries.
- Can change password.
