Audio To Text Converter System Project In Spring
It is a multi-role application project i.e. Admin and Guest User, where Admin will have the main control over the system.
Admin will be responsible for updating and maintaining the overall system, Adding/Removing/Updating different file formats, managing users, etc. Admin can configure the quality, formats, size, etc of files.
The overall project is designed using the MVC pattern (MVC i.e. Model, View, and Controller). In the Backend, it is using Spring Boot, at the data access layer the project is using Hibernate Framework, and at the front end, we are using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. The Database used here is MYSQL.
Audio To Text Converter System Abstract
An audio-to-text converter is a software application that supports all formats and processes the conversion of files quickly and efficiently. It allows you to convert an audio file to a text file and supports different file formats.
Codebun has developed an Audio to Text Converter System that has two main roles i.e. Admin & User. Admin being the primary user, can Add/Remove/Update any details related to the system. Admin can configure the quality and bit rate of the audio. Admin can manage all the text formats and sizes.
On the other hand, guest users will be able to use the audio-to-text converter. Upon accessing the audio-to-text converter, the user will have to upload the original file, choose the desired format, size, and quality, and download the text file.
The following are the primary objective of this application:
- To provide a bug-free application.
- The main aim is to build a secured, robust Audio to Text Converter System.
- Maintain various audio and text files.
Modules of Audio To Text Converter System
Admin Module- In this module, Admin can manage all the operations related to the system.
Guest User Module- Users can access the Audio to text converter.
Convert Module- In this module, Users will be able to convert audio files to text files.
Upload Module- All the file uploading-related operations can be managed in this module.
Download Module- All the file downloading-related operations can be managed in this module.
User Roles of Audio To Text Converter System
Two users can interact with this application 1) Admin 2) Guest User
Admin:
- Can Log in/Log out of the system.
- Admin can manage the system.
- Can manage users and their details.
- Can change password.
- Can manage “My Profiles”.
Guest User: Users can convert files using the audio-to-text converter. Guest users need not log in to the system to access the converter.
