GIF Maker System Project in Spring
It is a multi-role application project i.e. Admin and User, where Admin will have the main control over the system.
Admin will be responsible for updating and maintaining the overall system, Adding/Removing/Updating different styles, effects, file formats, managing users, etc. Whereas users can log in and make GIFs.
The overall project is designed using the MVC pattern (MVC i.e. Model, View, and Controller). In the Backend, it is using Spring Boot, at the data access layer the project is using Hibernate Framework, and at the front end, we are using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. The Database used here is MYSQL.
GIF Maker System Abstract
GIF maker allows you to instantly create your animated GIFs by combining separated image files as frames.
For this, Codebun has developed a GIF Maker System that has two main roles i.e. Admin & User. Admin being the primary user, can Add/Remove/Update any details related to the system. Admin can Add/Remove/Update different features, styling tools, etc of the GIF Maker. Admin can Add/Remove/Update different image file formats.
To make a GIF, users can upload a sequence of GIF, JPG, PNG, BMP, EIC, and other types of images, a ZIP archive containing images, and even mix different formats and sizes will be converted automatically.
On the other hand, users will be able to use the GIF Maker. Users will have to upload the images/files, can make GIFs, name GIFs, and choose the desired tools and effects. When the images are uploaded, the user can adjust speed and frame order before making the GIF.
After generating the GIF, the user can resize, crop, and optimize it or use any of the other tools provided. Users can also manage all the GIFs into folders and templates.
The following are the major objective of this application:
- To provide a bug-free application.
- The main objective is to build a secured, robust GIF Maker System.
- Maintain various GIFs, editing, and styling tools.
Modules of GIF Maker System
Admin Module- In this module, Admin can manage all the operations related to the system.
User Module- Users can log in/log out of the system and manage their account profile. Users can access the GIF Maker.
GIF Maker Module- In this module, Users will be able to make GIFs
Upload Module- All the image file upload-related operations can be managed in this module.
Download Module- All the image file download-related operations can be managed in this module.

Admin:
- Can Log in/Log out of the system.
- Admin can manage the system.
- Can manage users and their details.
- Admin can manage the GIF maker and editing tools.
- Admin can Add/Remove/Update different tools.
- Can change password.
- Can manage “My Profiles”.
User:
- Users can log in/log out of the system.
- Users can upload/download images.
- Users can make GIFs.
- Can download GIF.
- Users can change passwords.
- Users can manage “My Profile.”
