Dress Rental System Project in Java using JSP, Servlet, and MYSQL. This is a mini project for students learning to develop projects with both source code and project report available.

This is a web application to allow customers to rent dresses online. In this application, Admin will add dresses according to occasions. And, customers will rent these dresses. It will help both the customer and the owner of the dress store.

This Project has all the necessary functionality from adding, deleting, managing dresses information from the system. It is develop to support all roles, i.e admin & customers.

This project is develop using MVC architecture (MVC i.e Model, View, and Controller). At the view layer, we are using JSPs that will generate dynamic web pages, while business logic is done on the model side, and at last, the controller is used to handle request and response objects. We have used the JDBC at the data access layer.

Dress Rental System Project in Java

Renting a dress is common nowadays. As we know, renting proves to be better than buying. It helps to keep the less burden on the human being. So, we can have a dress rental system where customers can rent a dress for a particular day.

Therefore, we on Codebun have develop Dress Rental System Project in Java to allow customers to book or rent dresses for some occasions. Here, there are multiple users like admin and customer. Admin will manage the overall application by adding, removing dresses from the system. Customers will have an easy interface where they will rent dresses.

The following are the major objective of this application:

1. To provide a bug-free application to the admin and customers.
2. The main objective is to build a secured, robust Dress Rental System Project where the information of dresses is managed properly.
3. It maintains the record of dresses, the customer renting detail efficiently so that it would be easy to access at any time 24*7.

• Admin can ADD/VIEW/UPDATE/DELETE different categories. (like party, wedding)
• It can ADD/VIEW/UPDATE/DELETE dresses.
• Admin can VIEW booking done by customers.
• Admin can VIEW payment history.
• It can VIEW a list of customers registered.

2) Customers

• Customers can VIEW all the categories.
• Customers can VIEW all the dresses Information.
• It can book the dress from the available date.
• It can make a payment online.
• Customers can VIEW booking history.

NOTE: The profile section, log-in, and change password features are also present in the system.
