Alumni Information System In Spring Boot, Hibernate, And MYSQL With Source Code

The Alumni Information System project is designed in Spring Boot, Hibernate, and MYSQL. It is designed for both third-year and final-year students for their college projects and is available with source code.

Alumni Information System Overview

It is a multiple-role application project i.e. Admin, Alumni, and Faculty Members where Admin will have the main control over the system.

Admin will be responsible for maintaining the system and also, keeping a check on Alumni and Faculty section, whereas Alumni and Faculty members can register and can interact with other Alumni and their faculty members.

The overall project is designed using the MVC pattern (MVC i.e. Model, View, and Controller). In the Backend, it is using Spring Boot, at the data access layer the project is using Hibernate Framework, and at the front end, we are using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. The Database used here is MYSQL.

Alumni Information System Abstract

Alumni Information System will store all the alumni information and where alumni can interact with each other. The main aim of this project is to bridge the gap between students with their batch mates and staff. One would have to simply register and start interacting with batch mates.

Codebun has designed Alumni Information System in spring boot and hibernate to allow alumni to communicate with other alumni and their respective faculty members. There are three main roles in this application. Admin is the primary user who will handle the system and update information related to the universities like an event or get-together program for the Alumni.

Admin will keep the record of all the details of the registered Alumni and Faculty Members. Faculty members can log in to the system and get in touch with students. Similarly, Alumni also have to log in to the system to be able to interact with their batch mates and other members.

Admin can update the system with the college events and programs. Whereas Alumni can view all the events of the college.

The following are the major objective of this application:

  1. To provide a bug-free application.
  2. The main objective is to build a secured, robust Alumni Information System.
  3. It maintains the record of Alumni, Faculty Members, etc.
