Driving School Management System Project In Java
It is a multi-role application project i.e. Admin and User, where Admin will have the primary control over the system.
Admin will be responsible for managing the bookings and the system. On the other hand, Users can register themselves, log in using the login credentials, view and then sign up for the driving programs, make payments online for advance bookings, and so on.
The whole project is developed using Servlet and JSP. At the front end, we have used HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. At the data access layer, we have used JDBC API. The Database used here is MYSQL. The whole project is following the MVC (Model View & Controller) design pattern.
Driving School Management System Abstract
This project is for driving programs/lessons enrollment through an online system. Driving schools prepares new drivers for proper driving and helps to get a driver’s license.
Here, Codebun has developed a Driving School Management System in java for users to book driving programs. This application mainly supports two roles i.e. Admin and User. Admin will add, and remove driving programs and lessons available at the driving school. And users can view the programs and book them.
Admin is the primary user. Admin can Add/Remove/Update any details related to the system, update program charges, View/Confirm/Cancel bookings done by Users, and so on.
Users can register and then sign up for the driving programs, make payments online for advance bookings, and so on. After booking, users can attend the driving programs easily. Users can find detailed information about the packages on the system after logging in. Users can contact the driving school for inquiries.
The following are the major objective of this application:
- To provide a bug-free application to the admin and user.
- The main objective is to build a secured, robust Driving School Management System Project where the information on booking is managed properly.
- It maintains the record of driving school, and the user booking detail efficiently so that it would be easy to access at any time 24*7.
Modules of Driving School Management System
Admin Module- This module will allow Admin to log in to the system and manage the system and its functions. Admin can View/Confirm/Cancel bookings, manage driving school, payments, users, etc.
User Module– In this module, a user can register first using their name, contact number, and address and also manage their profile. The user module will allow users to log in to the system using their names & contact number. Users can view their booked sessions for driving lessons, payment status, history, etc.
Booking Module- In this module, users can sign up for driving lessons and programs.
Search Module- The user will be able to search for driving schools. Users can find detailed information about the same.
Payment Module- In this module, Users can make payments for the advance bookings and for the services.
Details of User- Details of a User like a Name, Contact Number, Address, and booking history can be managed by Admin with this module.

Admin:
- Can Log in/Log out of the system.
- Admin can View/Confirm/Cancel the booking done by the User.
- Can check payments done by User.
- Can manage users.
- Can change password.
- Can manage “My Profiles”.
User:
- Can Log in/Log out of the system.
- Can Manage “My profile”.
- Can search for driving schools.
- Users can book driving programs.
- Can make payments online.
