The Interview Scheduler designed project is in Java using JSP and Servlet with Source Code. This project is designed and available with source code for 2nd/3rd/final year IT students for college projects.

It is a multi-role application project i.e. Admin and User, where Admin will have the main control over the system.

Admin will be responsible for keeping a check on the interviews, scheduling interviews, and management of the system. On the other hand, users can register, log in using the login credentials, view scheduled interviews, and contact for any inquiries.

Admin can Add/Remove/Update interview details. Admin is responsible for Viewing/Confirming/Canceling scheduled interviews and maintaining a database.

The whole project is developed using Servlet and JSP. At the front end, we have used HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. At the data access layer, we have used JDBC API. The Database used here is MYSQL. The whole project is following the MVC (Model View & Controller) design pattern.

Interview Scheduler Project Abstract

The Interview Scheduler system will help to schedule interviews with proper details. It will allow the admin to schedule/reschedule interviews in accordance with the availability of candidates and interviewers.

Codebun has designed an Interview Scheduler project in java, which has two main roles i.e. Admin and User. Admin is the primary user. Admin can Add/Remove/Update any details related to the system, update scheduled interview details, View/Confirm/Cancel interviews, and so on. Admin can manage interview details and also, keep the records of the Users, etc.

Admin can send users updates regarding interviews. Admin can Add/Remove/Update interview details. Admin is responsible for Viewing/Confirming/Canceling scheduled interviews, rescheduling interviews, and maintaining a database.

Users can register on the system, and view scheduled interviews’ timing, venue, details, and so on. Users can find detailed information about the interviews on the system after logging in.

The following are the major objective of this application:

  3. It maintains the record of Interviews, Users & history, etc.

Modules in Interview Scheduler System

Admin Module: This module will allow Admin to log in to the system and manage the system and its functions. Admin can View/Confirm/Cancel interviews, schedule/reschedule interviews, etc. Admin is responsible for keeping track of Interviews and maintaining a database. Admin can View/Confirm/Cancel interviews of Users.

User Module: In this module, the User can register. Once registered, the user can log in/log out of the system. Users can manage their profiles.

Registration Module: In this module, the User can register on the portal with the help of this module.

Interview Scheduler Module: In this module, interviews can be scheduled and rescheduled. Admin can manage details of all the interviews and other details.

User Details: In this module, Admin will be able to keep the records of Users.

Inquiry Module: All the inquiry-related operations can be managed in this module.
