Medical Record Management System Project in spring boot and hibernate with the Source Code. This project is designed to manage the Medical Records of patients using an online system.
This project is available for the final year IT students along with the source code.
Medical Record Management System Overview
It is a single-role application project i.e. Admin, where Admin will have the main control over the system.
Admin will be responsible for maintaining the system and managing the Medical Records of patients. Having an online system to manage Medical Records will result in a reduction in paperwork and save time. Admin will be able to keep the records of all the medical history of patients. Details like name, address, photos, lab test reports, scans, diagnoses, and so on can be managed by the admin.
The overall project is designed using the MVC pattern (MVC i.e. Model, View, and Controller). In the Backend, it is using Spring Boot, at the data access layer the project is using Hibernate Framework, and at the front end, we are using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. The Database used here is MYSQL.
Medical Record Management System Abstract
Maintaining patient medical records can be incredibly time-consuming, which means storing a large amount of information, so a data storage and maintenance system is needed. An online medical record management system can help hospitals manage patients’ medical records, such as test reports, scans, prescriptions, and bills.
Codebun has designed a Medical Record Management project in spring boot and hibernate, which has a single primary role, i.e., the Admin. Admin is the primary user. Admin can add/remove/update any details related to the system and keep records of patients’ medical history. Admin can manage all the documentation processes of patients. Patient’s treatment history, lab test reports, financial information, consent and authorization forms, the release of information, progress reports, etc can be managed by the admin.
The following are the major objective of this application:
- To provide a bug-free application.
- The main objective is to build a secured, robust Medical Record Management System.
- It maintains the Medical Records of patients.
Modules in Medical Record Management System
Admin Module- This module will allow Admin to log in to the system and manage the system and its functions. Admin can maintain Medical Records of patients.
Registration Module- Users can register on the system with the help of this module.
Medical Record Module- Admin can manage the records of Medical Records in this module. Information like personal details, lab test reports, scans, diagnoses, bills, payment reports, and so on can be managed in this module.
User Role of Medical Record Management System
Admin:
- Can Log in/Log out of the system.
- Admin can manage Medical Records in the system.
- Can Add/Remove/Update patient’s medical details.
- Can manage patients’ lab test reports.
- Can manage patients’ treatment history reports.
- Can change password.
- Can manage “My Profiles”.
