This is a multi-role application project i.e. Admin and Student, where Admin will have the main control over the system.
In this application, there are multiple modules such as Admin, Student, Payment, Fees, Detail of Student Module, etc. Admin will be responsible for maintaining the system and also, keeping a check on Students, College Fees Payment, generating invoices for Students, etc.
On the other hand, Students can register, log in using the login credentials, and pay their Fees online.
The overall project is designed using the MVC pattern (MVC i.e. Model, View, and Controller). In the Backend, it is using Spring Boot, at the data access layer the project is using Hibernate Framework, and at the front end, we are using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. The Database used here is MYSQL.
Online College Fees Payment System Abstract
Paying college fees can be really time-consuming and is a fussing process. An online system can replace the unnecessary chaotic process of fee payment system.
Codebun has designed an Online College Fees Payment system project in spring boot and hibernate, which has two main roles i.e. Admin and Student. Admin is the primary User.
Admin can Add/Remove/Update any details related to the system, generate Fees & invoices for the Students, and View/Confirm/Cancel registration requests by Students, and so on. Admin can keep the records of the Students and their details.
Admin can send College Fees Payment & payment reminder emails to registered Students in case any Student has failed to pay their Fees on time. Admin can View/Confirm/Cancel payment requests by the Student
Students can register on the portal using their name, student, and other valid details and documents, pay online, download Fees & invoices, etc. Students can find detailed information about the calculated charges & taxes included in the Fees, pending Fees, etc on the system after logging in.
The following are the major objective of this application:
- To provide a bug-free application.
- The main objective is to build a secured, robust Online College Fees Payment System.
- It maintains the record of Students, Payments, & history, etc.
Modules in Online College Fees Payment System
Admin Module- This module will allow Admin to log in and manage the system and its functions. Admin can generate Fees & invoices for the Student, manage existing Students, View/Confirm/Cancel registration requests, manage fees & payments, etc.
Student Module– In this module can manage their profile. The Student module will allow students to log in/log out of the system. Students can view their Fees, payment status, history, etc.
Registration Module- Students can register first using their name, contact number, address, and other details.
College Fees Module- In this module, operations related to fees can be managed.
Payment Module- All the payment-related operations can be managed.
Download Module- Students will be able to download Fees & invoices in this module.
Details of Student- Details of a Student like a Name, Contact Number, Address, student id, Fees, & payment history can be managed by Admin with this module.
