Online Footwear System Project in Spring Boot, Hibernate, and MYSQL. It is designed for both third-year and final-year students for their college projects and is available with source code.

Online Footwear Store System Project Overview

It is a multi-role application project i.e. Admin and User, where Admin will have the main control over the system. Admin is the main role that will handle the overall application. It has multiple modules like Categories of Footwear, Price of Footwear, Stocks, Number of Footwear Sold, Details of Buyers, etc.

This Project has all the necessary functionality from adding, deleting, and managing footwear information from the system.

The overall project is designed using the MVC pattern (MVC i.e. Model, View, and Controller). In the Backend, it is using Spring Boot, at the data access layer the project is using Hibernate Framework, and at the frontend, we are using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. The Database used here is MYSQL.

Online Footwear Store System Project Abstract

Managing an entire business process manually can be sometimes overwhelmingly costing a lot of time and effort. To help run a business smoothly having an online system to manage it would not prove to be a bad decision for your business. One such business that is complicated, is owning a Footwear Shop.

So, we on Codebun have developed Online Footwear System Project in spring boot & hibernate to allow Users to order footwear online. Here, there are multiple users in this system. Admin will add footwear, remove it, manage it, etc. Users just need to login into the system and can perform online shopping for footwear. This is a web application to allow footwear shop owners to keep a track of footwear. It stores retrieve and manage footwear using a system.

Here, there are two users in this application admin and users. Admin will manage the overall application and Users will order footwear. Admin can categorize footwear according to types, men’s and women’s footwear, kids’ sections, price range, colors, sizes, etc.

On the other hand, Users can register themselves and can log in to the system to do online shopping and make payments online.

The following are the major objective of this application:

  1. To provide a bug-free application to the Admin and Users.
  2. The main objective is to build a secured, robust Online Footwear System Project where the information on footwear is managed properly.
  3. It maintains the record of footwear, and the user order detail efficiently so that it would be easy to access at any time 24*7.

Modules of Online Footwear Store System Project

Admin Module– This module will allow Admin to log in and log out of the system and manage the system and its functions. Admin can keep records of users and their purchase history.

User Module: This module will allow the user to manage all the operations related to the user like user name, contact details, purchase and payment history, etc.

Search Module: Users can search for specific Footwear using their brand names, colors, sizes, types, etc.

Category: In this module, Footwear can be categorized by Admin according to their brand names, price range, models, etc.

Purchase: This module will allow the user to purchase the Footwear.

Availability: In this module, Admin can check whether the particular Footwear from a specific category is available in stock or not.

Sold Quantity: In this module, the admin can keep records of the number of footwear sold.

Payment Module: In this module, all the payment-related details can be managed.

User Roles of Online Footwear Store System Project

Two users can interact with this application 1) Admin 2) User

Admin:

  • Can log in/log out of the system.
  • Admin can view/edit/delete Footwear into the system.
  • Can view/edit/delete Footwear Category into the system.
  • Admin can view/confirm/cancel orders placed by User.
  • Can check payments done by User.
  • Can change prices of Footwear.
  • Can change password.
  • Can manage “My profiles”.

User:

  • Can log in/log out of the system.
  • Can Manage “My profile”.
  • Can search for Footwear from specific Categories.
  • Can search for specific Footwear using their brand names, colors, sizes, types, etc.
  • Users can place/cancel an order.
  • Can make payments online.
  • Can change password.
