Online Medicine Donation System in spring boot and hibernate available with the Source Code. It is designed for both third-year and final-year students for college projects and is available with source code.
Online Medicine Donation System Project In Spring
This is a multi-role application project i.e. Admin, User & NGO where Admin will have the main control over the system.
In this application, there are multiple modules such as Admin, User, NGO, Donation Record, Donate Module, etc. Each module will be discussed in detail.
Admin will be responsible for maintaining the system and also, keeping a check on User & NGO registration, medicines donated by users, etc. On the other hand, Users can register themselves, log in using the login credentials, donate medicines to NGOs, manage profiles, etc. While NGOs can register on the portal and collect donated medicines by users.
The overall project is designed using the MVC pattern (MVC i.e. Model, View, and Controller). In the Backend, it is using Spring Boot, at the data access layer the project is using Hibernate Framework, and at the front end, we are using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. The Database used here is MYSQL.
Online Medicine Donation System Abstract
Donating medicines is the best way of using unused medicines. It helps a lot of people who are helpless and cannot afford to buy medicines. Donating medicine online is just like donating food or clothes to the neediest.
Codebun has designed an Online Medicine Donation System in spring boot and hibernate, which has three main roles i.e Admin, User & NGO. Admin is the primary user. Admin can Add/Remove/Update any details related to the system, manage Users, NGOs, donations, registration, details of Users & NGOs, etc.
Admin can View/Confirm/Cancel registration requests by Users and NGOs. Admin can track all the medicines donated by Users to the NGOs. Admin will be responsible for managing all the registered NGOs on the system. Admin will be responsible for Accepting/Rejecting donations made by users following certain criteria like checking whether medicines are expired medicines, or unprescribed, the condition of the packaging, etc.
NGOs can register themselves on the portal by providing the mandatory details. Once an NGO gets registered, it can mention all the details of the required medicines, can view donations made by users, collect donated medicines, etc.
Users can register themselves, and donate medicines to one or more NGOs. Users can find detailed information about the NGO on the system. The User will have to fill and submit forms, mentioning every detail along with the images of the medicines to be donated. Users will have to make sure that the medicines are all in good condition before donating. Once the user’s donation request is accepted, the user will be provided with the shipping slip by the Admin which is going to be used during the courier.
The following are the major objective of this application:
- To provide a bug-free application.
- The main objective is to build a secured, computerized & robust Online Medicine Donation System.
- It maintains the record of donations, tracking, users, NGOs, history, reports, etc.
Modules in Online Medicine Donation System
Admin Module- This module will allow Admin to log in to the system and manage the system and its functions. Admin can View/Confirm/Cancel registration requests by Users and NGOs. Admin can Accept/Reject donations.
NGO Module- All NGO-related operations can be managed in this module. NGOs can register on the system. Manage profiles, view donations, track couriers, etc in this module.
User Module- All the User-related operations can be managed in this module.
