The Online Salon Booking System project is designed in Spring Boot and Hibernate. This project is designed for both third-year and final-year students and is available with source code.
Online Salon Booking System Project In Spring
It is a multi-role application project, i.e., Admin and User, where Admin will have primary control over the system.
Admin will be responsible for checking the booking and maintaining Salons and their details. On the other hand, users can register, log in using the login credentials, view and book the Salon, view services, charges, etc.
The overall project is designed using the MVC pattern (MVC i.e. Model, View, and Controller). In the Backend, it is using Spring Boot, at the data access layer the project is using Hibernate Framework, and at the front end, we are using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. The Database used here is MYSQL.
Online Salon Booking System Abstract
An online salon booking system makes sure users can book services at salons online. Instead of wandering places to find them, one can book them online at their convenience.
Hence, Codebun has designed a Salon Booking project in spring boot and hibernate, which has two primary roles, i.e., Admin and User. Admin is the primary user. Admin can add/remove/update any details related to the system, update charges & fees of the Salons, and other services, View/Confirm/Cancel booking orders placed by Users, and so on. Admin can manage & keep the records of the Users and their details.
Admin will be able to update Salons and their details. Users can register and then book the Salons and their services, make payments, etc. Users can find detailed information about the Salons, and prices on the system after logging in.
The following are the major objective of this application:
- To provide a bug-free application.
- The main objective is to build a secured, robust Online Salon Booking System.
- It maintains the record of Salons, Users, Payments, Bookings & history, etc.
Modules in Online Salon Booking System
Admin Module- This module will allow Admin to log in to the system and manage the system and its functions. Admin can View/Confirm/Cancel bookings, manage Salons, payments, users, etc.
User Module– In this module, a user can register first using their name, contact number, and address and also, can manage their profile. The user module will allow users to log in to the system using their names & contact number. Users can view their booked Salon, payment status, history, etc.
Salon Module- Admin will be able to update Salons and their details.
Booking Module- Salon booking-related operations will be managed in this module. Users can book Salons in this module.
Search Module- user will be able to search for a Salon.
Payment Module- In this module, Users can make payments for the services provided.
Availability- In this module, the admin can check whether the Salon is available or not.
Details of User- In this module, the admin will manage User details like a Name, Contact Number, and Booking history.

Admin:
- Can Log in/Log out of the system.
- Admin can View/Confirm/Cancel booking.
- Can check payments done by User.
- Can manage and check the availability of Salons.
- Can change prices for services.
- Can change password.
- Can manage “My Profiles”.
User:
- Can log in/log out of the system.
- Can Manage “My profile”.
- Can search for Salons.
- Can book/cancel Salon.
- Can make payments online.
- Can change password.
