Online Toy Shop System In Java Using JSP And Servlet With Source Code

Online Toy Shop System designed project in java is configured to computerize the management process of the toy shop. This project is available with source code for 2nd/3rd/final year IT students for their college projects.

Online Toy Shop System Project In Java

It is a multi-role application project i.e. Admin and User, where Admin will have the primary control over the system that will handle the overall application. It has multiple modules like Categories of Toy, Price of Toy, Quantity, Number of Toy sold, Details of Buyers, Payments, etc.

On the other hand, Users can register and can log in to the system, shop online, and make payments online.

The whole project is developed using Servlet and JSP. At the front end, we have used HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. At the data access layer, we have used JDBC API. The Database used here is MYSQL. The whole project is following the MVC (Model View & Controller) design pattern.

Online Toy Shop System Abstract

With the help of this project, one would be able to manage a Toy Shop without facing any issues of maintaining records manually. Everything from booking, ordering, payments, and managing stocks and sales can be handled with the help of this system.

Codebun has developed Online Toy Shop Project in java using JSP and servlet. In this application, there are two primary roles, i.e., Admin and User.

Admin who will manage overall applications like adding and removing toy products from the system, and another is the user. Admin can categorize the Toys, Add/Remove/Update any Toy product details, edit prices, View/Confirm/Cancel orders placed, and so on. Admin can keep all the records of the users.

Admin will be responsible for maintaining the system and also, keeping a check on the availability of toys, updating any details related to the Store, managing payments, updating stocks, managing sales, etc.

On the other hand, Users can register themselves and can log in to the system to do online shopping and make payments online.

The following are the major objective of this application:

  1. To provide a bug-free application to the admin.
  2. The main objective is to build a secured, robust Online Toy Shop System.
  3. It maintains the record of purchases, availability of Toys s, and so on.

Modules of Online Toy Shop System

Admin Module– This module will allow Admin to log in and log out of the system and manage the system and its functions.

User Module: This module will allow the user to manage all the operations related to the user like user name, contact details, purchase and payment history, etc.

Registration–This module will allow users to first register into the system using their names, contact numbers, and addresses, and set passwords. Then a user can log in/ log out to the system using the registered name and password.

Category: In this module, Toys can be categorized by Admin accordingly.

Order: This module will allow the user to purchase Toys.

Availability: In this module, Admin can check whether the particular Toy from a specific category is available in stock or not.

Sales: This module will allow the admin to keep records of the number of Toys sold.

Payment Module: In this module, all the payment-related details can be managed.
