Property Management System in Java using JSP and Servlet with Source Code. This project is configured to computerize a real estate business management process.

This project is designed for both third-year and final-year students and is available with source code.

Property Management System Overview

It is a multi-role application project i.e. Admin and User, where Admin will have the main control over the system.

Admin will be responsible for keeping a check on the property, and management of the system. While Users can register themselves, log in using the login credentials, view/search properties, contact property dealers for any inquiries, etc.

The whole project is developed using Servlet and JSP. At the front end, we have used HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. At the data access layer, we have used JDBC API. The Database used here is MYSQL. The whole project is following the MVC (Model View & Controller) design pattern.

Property Management System Abstract

Property management is the administration of residential, commercial, and industrial properties, including apartments, independent houses, and shopping centers. It typically involves administering property owned by another party.

Codebun has designed Property Management System in java which has two main roles i.e Admin and User. Admin being the primary user. Admin can Add/Remove/Update any details related to the system. Admin Add/Remove/Update property to the system. Admin can add proper descriptions like property location, property area, features, facilities, total value, owner, availability, etc of each and every property uploaded. Admin can manage all the registered users and keep the records of each user. Admin can  View/Confirm/Cancel registration done by Users.

On the other hand, Users can register themselves on the portal, and log in using the login credentials. Users can search for properties, view different properties, and can find detailed information on the system after logging in. Users can contact the property dealers for a brief discussion about properties.

The following are the major objective of this application:

  1. To provide a bug-free application.
  2. The main objective is to build a secured, robust Property Management System.
  3. It maintains the record of the Users, Properties, etc.

Modules of Property Management System

Admin Module– Admin can log in/log out of the system. Admin Add/Remove/Update property to the system. Admin can add proper descriptions like property location, property area, features, facilities, total value, property rates, owner, availability, etc. Admin can manage all the registered users and keep the records of each user. Admin can  View/Confirm/Cancel registration done by Users.

User module– Users can search for properties, view different properties, and can find detailed information on the system after logging in. Users can contact the property dealers for a brief discussion about properties.

Registration Module– Users can register on the portal, and log in using the login credentials.

Property Module– All the operations related to properties can be managed in this module.

User Roles

Admin:

  • Can View and Add/EDIT/Deletenew property into the system.
  • Can manage Users.
  • Can View/Confirm/Cancel registration.
  • Can manage the“MY Profile”.
  • Can change password.

Users:

  • Can log in/log out of the system.

  • Can contact property dealer for inquiries.
  • Can manage the“MY Profile”.
  • Can change password.
