Wedding Management Project In Java Using JSP And Servlet available with the Source Code. This project is designed to manage wedding functions using an online system.
The Wedding Management project is available with source code for 2nd/3rd/final year IT students for their college projects.
Wedding Management System in Java
It is a multi-role application project i.e. single Admin and multiple User, where Admin will have the main control over the system.
Admin will be responsible for keeping a check on the booking of venues, planning weddings, catering services, and management of the system. On the other hand, Users can register themselves, log in using the login credentials, view and book wedding venues, view wedding packages, etc.
The whole project is developed using Servlet and JSP. At the front end, we have used HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. At the data access layer, we have used JDBC API. The Database used here is MYSQL. The whole project is following the MVC (Model View & Controller) design pattern.
Wedding Management System Abstract
Weddings are multi-day events including pre-wedding ceremonies, receptions, etc. Management of wedding functions is a hectic process. Weddings are significant events for people and couples are often willing to spend a considerable amount of money to ensure that their weddings are well-organized.
Codebun has designed a Wedding Management project in java, which has two main roles i.e Admin and User. Admin being the primary user. Admin can add/remove/update any details related to the system, update prices of the wedding plans, venues, and catering services, View/Confirm/Cancel booking orders placed by Users, and so on. Admin can keep the records of the Users.
Users can register themselves and then book wedding venues, make payments, etc. Users can find detailed information about wedding plans on the system after logging in.
The following are the major objective of this application:
- To provide a bug-free application.
- The main objective is to build a secured, robust Wedding Management System.
- It maintains the record of Venues, Users, Payments, Bookings & history, etc.
Modules in Wedding Management System
Admin Module- This module will allow Admin to log in to the system and manage the system and its functions. Admin can View/Confirm/Cancel bookings, manage venues, catering services, can check payments, etc.
User Module– In this module, a user can register themselves first using their name, contact number, address and also, can manage their profile. The user module will allow users to log in to the system using their names & contact number.
Booking Module- In this module, Users can do the venue and other bookings.
Category- In this module, Admin can categorize wedding plans, catering services, venues, etc accordingly.
Payment Module- In this module, Users can make payments for the services provided.
Availability- In this module, Admin can check whether the particular venue is available for wedding events or not.
Catering Module- In this module, Users can choose catering services available as per their interests and choices.
Wedding Planner Module- In this module, Admin can manage the wedding planner and its staff. Admin can allot weddings planners to the User who has booked wedding plans and venues for the events.
Users Roles
Two users can interact with this application 1) Admin 2) User
Admin:
- Can Log in/Log out of the system.
- Admin can manage categories in the system.
- Admin can View/Confirm/Cancel booking orders placed by the User.
- Can check payments done by User.
- Can manage and check the availability of venues for the events.
- Can manage wedding event staff.
- Can change prices of packages for wedding plans, venues, catering services, etc.
- Can change password.
- Can manage “My Profiles”.
User:
- Can log in/log out of the system.
- Can Manage “My profile”.
- Can search for weddings packages available, venues, etc in categories.
- Users can book/cancel a booking.
- Can make payments online.
- Can change password.
