Petrol Pump Management System In Java Using JSP And Servlet With Source Code

The Petrol Pump Management System project is developed in Java using JSP and Servlet and is available for students for their college projects pursuing degrees in the IT field with source code. It is aimed to develop a petrol pump management system, which can administer the management of a petrol pump.

Petrol Pump Management System Overview

It is a single-role application project i.e. Admin, where Admin will have the main control over the system.

Admin will be responsible for keeping a check on the Fuel, managing staff, records of sales, suppliers details, payments, management of the system, etc

The whole project is developed using Servlet and JSP. At the front end, we have used HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. At the data access layer, we have used JDBC API. The Database used here is MYSQL. The whole project is following the MVC (Model View & Controller) design pattern.

Petrol Pump Management System Abstract

The petrol pump management system can help the business to be handled with ease. It will take care of managing staff and employees, maintaining the database of suppliers, managing payments, and keeping a check on tankers and machines.

Codebun has designed Petrol Pump Management System in java which has one main role i.e. Admin. Admin can manage all the staff and employees and keep the records of each. Admin is the primary user. Admin can Add/Remove/Update any details related to the system. Admin Add/Remove/Update supplier’s details to the system. Admin will be responsible for keeping a check on stocks of fuel, Tankers, machines, payments, etc.

The following are the major objective of this application:

  1. To provide a bug-free application.
  2. The main objective is to build a secured, robust Petrol Pump Management System.
  3. It maintains the record of the Fuel type, Staff, Suppliers, Machines, Tankers, Payments, etc.

Modules in Petrol Pump Management System

Admin Module- This module will allow Admin to log in to the system and manage the system and its functions.

Payment Module- Payment-related operations can be performed in this module.

Availability- In this module, Admin can manage the availability of fuel and fuel types.

Supplier Module- All the operations related to suppliers can be managed by the admin in this module.

Staff Module- All the operations related to staff and employees can be managed in this module.

Users Roles

Admin:

  • Can Log in/Log out of the system.
  • Admin can manage suppliers, tankers, and machines in the system.
  • Admin can track fuel supply.
  • Can manage staff.
  • Can manage payments.
  • Can change password.
  • Can manage “My Profiles”.
