Auto Spare Sales Portal Project in Spring Boot, Hibernate, and MYSQL. It is designed for both third-year and final-year students for their college projects and is available with source code.
Auto Spare Sales Portal Overview
It is a multi-role application project i.e. Admin and User, where Admin will have the main control over the system. Admin is the main role that will handle the overall application. It has multiple modules like Categories of Auto Spare Parts, Price of Auto Spare Parts, Stocks, Number of Auto Spare Parts Sold, Details of Buyers, etc.
This Project has all the necessary functionality from adding, deleting, and managing Auto Spare Parts information from the system.
The overall project is designed using the MVC pattern (MVC i.e. Model, View, and Controller). In the Backend, it is using Spring Boot, at the data access layer the project is using Hibernate Framework, and at the front end, we are using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. The Database used here is MYSQL.
Auto Spare Sales Portal Abstract
Managing an entire business process manually can be sometimes overwhelmingly cost a lot of time and effort. To help run a business smoothly having an online system to manage it would not prove to be a bad decision for your business. One such business that is complicated is owning an Auto Spare Parts Shop. There is a variety of Auto Spare Parts available in the market.
So, we on Codebun have developed Auto Spare Sales Portal in spring boot & hibernate to allow Users to order Auto Spare Parts online. Here, there are multiple users in this system. Admin will add Auto Spare Parts, remove it, manage it, etc. Users just need to login into the system and can perform online shopping for Auto Spare Parts. This is a web application to allow Auto Spare Parts shop owners to keep a track of Auto Spare Parts sales.
It can store, retrieves, and manage Auto Spare Parts using a system. Admin will manage the overall application and Users will order Auto Spare Parts. Admin can categorize Auto Spare Parts according to types of Auto Spare Parts, price range, etc.
On the other hand, Users can register themselves and can log in to the system to do online shopping and make payments online.
The following are the major objective of this application:
- To provide a bug-free application to the admin and Users.
- The main objective is to build a secured, robust Online Auto Spare Sales Portal Project where the information about Auto Spare Parts is managed properly.
- It maintains the record of Auto Spare Parts, and the customer order detail efficiently so that it would be easy to access at any time 24*7.
Modules of Auto Spare Sales Portal
Admin Module– This module will allow Admin to log in and log out of the system and manage the system and its functions.
User Module: This module will allow the user to manage all the operations related to the user like user name, contact details, purchase and payment history, etc.
Registration–This module will allow users to first register into the system using their names, contact numbers, and Mail IDs, and set passwords. Then a user can log in to the system using the registered name and password. Also, Users can log out of the system.
Category: In this module, Auto Spare Parts can be categorized by Admin accordingly.
Purchase: This module will allow the user to purchase the Auto Spare Parts.
Availability: In this module, Admin can check whether the particular Auto Spare Parts from a specific category are available in stock or not.
Sales Activity: In this module, the admin can track & keep the records of the number of Auto Spare Parts sold.
Payment Module: In this module, all the payment-related details can be managed.
User Roles of Auto Spare Sales Portal
Two users can interact with this application 1) Admin 2) User
Admin:
- Can log in/log out of the system.
- Admin can view/edit/delete Auto Spare Parts into the system.
- Can view/edit/delete Auto Spare Parts Category into the system.
- Admin can view/confirm/cancel orders placed by User.
- Can check payments done by User.
- Can change prices of Auto Spare Parts.
- Can change password.
- Can manage “My profiles”.
User:
- Can log in/log out of the system.
- Can Manage “My profile”.
- Can search for Auto Spare Parts Categories.
- Can search for specific Auto Spare Parts.
- Users can place/cancel an order.
- Can make payments online.
- Can change password.
