This is a web application develop to allow customers to buy and order gifts online. It will help both the owner and customers to do buying and selling through the internet. Here, there are two major roles i.e admin and customers. Admin will add different types of gifts and customers will view them and order them.

This Project has all the necessary functionality from adding, deleting, managing gifts from the system. It is develop to support all roles, i.e admin & customers.

This project is develop using MVC architecture (MVC i.e Model, View, and Controller). At the view layer, we are using JSPs that will generate dynamic web pages, while business logic is done on the model side, and at last, the controller is used to handle request and response objects. We have used the JDBC at the data access layer.

Online Gift Store Project is like an E-commerce specifically design for gifts. Nowadays, for any celebration people search for online gifts. So there should be an application like an online gift store where only gifts products are available.

Therefore, we on Codebun have develop Online Gift Store Project in Java to make customers buy gifts through the online medium. In this application, there are two major roles. One is the Admin who will manage overall applications like adding, removing gifts from the system and another user is the customer who will buy these gifts.

The following are the major objective of this application:

1. To provide a bug-free application to the admin and customers.
2. The main objective is to build a secured, robust Online Gift Store Project where the information of gifts is managed properly.

• It can VIEW all the categories of gifts
• Customers can VIEW all the gifts available.
• Customers can buy gifts.
• It can make an online payment.
• Customers can VIEW order history.

NOTE: The profile section, log-in, and change password features are also present in the system.
