This web application is develop to manage online shop-related activity on a single platform. Admin is the user who will add a mobile category, product, and etc. The customer here is another user who will view, buy mobiles online using the application.
This Project has all the necessary functionality from adding, deleting mobiles from the system to buy mobiles. It is develop to support all roles, whether it is admin or customer. The whole project is design using the MVC pattern (MVC i.e Model, View, and Controller). The business logic is done on the Model side, We have used JSP to manage the frontend, and to handle the request and response we have used a Controller i.e Servlet.

Today, in this digital era, online shopping is growing at a very fast pace. Every business whether it is small or big everybody is getting an advantage through online selling. So, we can have an online mobile shop to sell mobile using a digital system. At the same time, it should be both customers as well as seller-centric.
Therefore, we on Codebun have develop an Online Mobile Shop application to automate these activities. Here, we have majorly two main roles in the application. One is the Admin whose responsibility is to manage the whole application like adding mobiles, adding categories, view orders, and etc. Another user is the customer who will buy mobile using the application.
The following are the major objective of this application:
- To provide a bug-free application to the admin as well as the customer.
- The main objective is to build a secured, robust Online Mobile Shop where the mobiles are managed properly.
- It maintains the record of customers, mobiles, buyers, order detail efficiently so that it would be easy to access at any time 24*7.
Modules and Functionalities of Online Mobile Shop System
There are two main users of this application. One is the Admin whose responsibility is to manage categories and mobiles and another role is that of the customer who will buy the mobiles.
1) Admin
- Admin can VIEW the User List.
- Admin can VIEW/ADD/UPDATE/DELETE mobile category.
- It can ADD/VIEW/UPDATE/ DELETE Mobiles.
- Admin can VIEW Order details.
- Admin can VIEW payments detail/status of the buyer.
2) Customers
- Customers can VIEW all the categories of Mobiles.
- Customers can VIEW all the Mobiles available irrespective of category.
- It can buy Mobile from the list.
- Customers can make payments online.
- Customers can VIEW the Order history of its own.
NOTE: The profile section, log-in, and registration features are common to all users in the system.
