This web application is develop to manage the flow of information between dealers and customers efficiently. Here, there are three roles in this application. One is the admin who will view information of both registered buyers and dealers. Another user is the buyer who will view all the property, enter his requirement, and etc. The last user is the dealer who will add property based on the requirement.
This Project has all the necessary functionality from adding, deleting properties from the system to selling them. It is develop to support all roles, whether it is admin, the customer, or the dealers.
The whole project is design using the MVC pattern (MVC i.e Model, View, and Controller). The business logic is done on the Model side, We have used JSP to manage the frontend, and to handle the request and response we have used a Controller i.e Servlet.
Real Estate Management Project in Java
Real Estate Project is necessary to keep the flow of information between buyers and dealers. If a user wants to buy a property, there should be an online medium where he/she can connect to authenticated dealers and vice versa.
So, for this, we on Codebun have developed a Real Estate Management Project in Java that manages the activity of both buyers and dealers. This application supports three roles each having its own functionality. These are Admin, dealer, and buyers. Here, the admin view all registered user information. Dealer adds property based on the requirement and buyer adds view property.
The following are the major objective of this application:
- To provide a bug-free application to the admin, buyer, and dealers.
- The main objective is to build a secured, robust Real Estate Management Project where the real estate properties are managed properly.
- It maintains the record of customers, property detail efficiently so that it would be easy to access at any time 24*7.
Modules and Functionalities of Online Music Store System
There are three main roles in this application. Let us look at the functionality of each of them.
1) Admin
- Admin can VIEW all Buyers details.
- Admin can VIEW all Dealer details.
2) Dealer
- Dealer ADD/VIEW/UPDATE/DELETE Property details.
- Dealer VIEW buyers’ requests inquiry for a property.
3) Buyers
- Buyers VIEW all the property.
- Buyers can ADD inquiries for a particular property.
NOTE: The profile section, log-in, and registration features are common to all users in the system.
