An RTO acronym to Regional Transport Offices Management system is built using JSP, Servlet, and MYSQL for Database and Hibernate Framework. This is developed to manage the RTO activity through an application. This project is designed to manage the registration of vehicles and applying for a driving license so that, all activities can be done in one place.

This Project is performing all the crud operations like ADD/UPDATE/DELETE functions. This project is following the MVC pattern like the business logic is done on the Model side, JSP we have used to manage the view and the Servlet we used to handle the request and response. Here, we are using the Hibernate Framework.

RTO Management System Project in Java

This application will help the users to manage the process of registration of vehicles seamlessly. The purpose of this project is not only to make the RTO process less tiresome but to create one storage place for all the information concerning one of the users’ vehicle information as well as Driving License related information Here, the Admin who will be the Staff just needs to view the request for license and after verification, the admin can accept or delete the request. Users can register on this platform and can apply for the License and can register their vehicle at this portal.

The following are the major objective of the application.

1. To provide a bug-free RTO management system to the users as well as Admin.
2. The main objective here is to replace the manual process of registering for a Vehicle and to get rid of the paperwork procedure of waiting in the queue.
3. To maintain a record of Users Vehicle, so it will be easy to access any time 24*7.

Modules and functionalists of RTO Management System

There are two main users of this application one is the Admin, the admin can be the staff of your RTO office and another is the user.

1) Admin

•  Admin can ADD/VIEW/UPDATE/DELETE Users.
• Admin can VIEW/UPDATE/DELETE Vehicle Information.
• Admin can VIEW/ACCEPT/REJECT/DELETE the Driving License Request.
• Admin can change Password.
• Admin can VIEW/UPDATE Profile.

2) Users

• Users can register their vehicle information.
• Users can apply for Driving License.
• Users can view the status of their License.
• Users can change the password.
• Users can VIEW/UPDATE Profile.
